I will! Walks take significantly longer in June because of all the rose-smelling. :D

i used to add fifteen minutes to my walking commute in summer to give myself time to smell flowers & eat street berries lol.

Thankful for my spouse!! Been feeling really down and low energy this week, and my spouse always find a way to help me laugh and lift my spirits! ❤️

Thankful I have survived what has been a bad mental health week.

This week, I'm grateful for the game I've been streaming on Mondays: Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles. It's a relaxing, chill exploration game and I've been having fun with it.

i'm thankful tomorrow is my last day of work, that i finally have a job, & that i got to spend part of the school year with some cool kiddos!

For my new position -- actually working for a government sub-contractor, a particular branch and a particular position even that I NEVER thought I'd be able to work for, especially while still stuck in south LA (Lower 'bama).

AND that I only have TWO more days left and I'll actually be caught up on DW!!!!!! I've still got a number of longer posts sorted into bookmarks to deal with later, but at least I'm caught up on the days -- and even most of those posts that I've got saved for later are mostly recs.

That I'm FINALLY starting to feel better. After working major OT and being majorly sick for about FOUR, very long works.

Music to keep me thumping, bumping, and going even when I've worked nearly 24 hours straight!

And that I've still got friends here on DW to whom I can turn to when the world is full of crap (and crap heads) and people who keep leaving... Not that I can really blame them. God knows I want out of this place!
