Grateful for Obsidian - a versatile, reliable and free note-taking software. I've been using it for a couple of years, mostly for notes like a personal Wiki, but recently I also started using it for daily journaling with a template (questions adapted from the Mental AI Therapy journaling challenge). A few days ago it occurred to me to add the daily habits list, and I'm really psyched about how it's turning out!

This year I got back to Habitica as the habit/task manager, but yet again I got bored with its gamification, and I only really need the daily checklist... Obsidian allows to make it more compact and customizable, with your own colours and sections, and no need to jump through the hoops to make some of the items optional.
